For more than 30 years, our client has created informative and inspiring communication for their clients.Our client's talented in-house writers, designers, programmers, project managers, and multimedia specialists develop everything from gorgeous emails and brochures to engaging games, videos, and podcasts to powerful websites and interactive tools.The JobWe're helping our client look for a Digital / Web Designer who knows how to create websites that don't just look good — they feel modern, intentional, and impossible to ignore. We're looking for a visual-first designer with strong taste, deep Figma expertise, and the ability to push creative beyond predictable layouts and trends.As a Digital Designer, you must have strong design and technical skills to help develop internal corporate brands and supporting brochures, posters, postcards, websites, graphic emails, and interactive projects, as well as the ability to work as part of a team in the creation of unique, strategic work at every stage of the process from concept through production.Adjectives used to describe you should include driven, detail-oriented, and creative. You should have a portfolio full of beautifully crafted marketing websites, brand experiences, campaign pages, and digital storytelling that shows range, originality, and attention to detail.ResponsibilitiesDesign visually compelling websites and digital experiences in FigmaCreate original concepts that push beyond templates, trends, and safe solutionsTranslate brand strategy into elevated, modern web experiencesDevelop layouts, design systems, interactions, and responsive conceptsCollaborate with creative directors, copywriters, strategists, and developersPresent ideas clearly and confidently to internal teamsBalance strong aesthetics with usability and performance best practicesStay ahead of digital design trends, motion, typography, and emerging web experiencesRequirements3–5 years of professional web design experienceExpert-level proficiency in FigmaA strong portfolio showcasing high-end website design workExceptional typography, layout, and visual design skillsStrong understanding of responsive web designAbility to think conceptually and push creative boundariesExperience designing for brands, campaigns, or marketing-focused websitesStrong eye for detail and craftMotion, animation, or creative development knowledge is a plusAdditional DetailsThis is a full-time role and comes with salary, bonus potential, 401(k), generous time off, and eligibility to enroll in full medical benefits.Equal Employment OpportunityWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
