Office AdministratorQuarry Hills Plumbing & HVAC is seeking an organized, dependable, and customer-focused Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can manage multiple priorities while keeping daily office operations running smoothly.Responsibilities:-Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally-Schedule and dispatch service appointments-Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the day-Enter and maintain accurate customer and job information-Prepare invoices, process payments, and assist with basic bookkeeping-Manage emails, paperwork, filing, and other administrative duties-Follow up with customers regarding appointments and outstanding invoices-Support management and field staff as neededQualifications:-Minimum of two years of office administration or customer service experience-Strong communication and organizational skills-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment-Professional and friendly telephone manner-Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office-Experience with ServiceTitan is strongly preferred-Experience in the plumbing, heating, or HVAC industry is a plus-Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently-Availability to work occasional Saturdays as neededBenefits:-Competitive hourly pay based on experience-Health and dental insurance-Matching 401(k)-Paid time off-Paid sick timeSchedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed.To apply, please email your résumé to michellem@quarryhillsplumbing.com.
