About the role
Driving client success in a remote environment, the full-time salaried Director of Media Buying will lead strategic media planning, mentor a programmatic team, and ensure operational excellence while managing multimillion-dollar media investments across various channels.
Key responsibilities
Serve as the senior strategic lead for key enterprise programmatic relationships, guiding media planning and ensuring alignment with client objectives
Establish best practices for programmatic planning and elevate media plans, audience strategies, and performance evaluation
Lead day-to-day operations of the programmatic team, focusing on workflow efficiency, quality standards, and team development
Required qualifications
10+ years of experience in digital media buying and programmatic advertising
5+ years of experience in leadership roles within teams or departments
Extensive expertise in managing multimillion-dollar media investments across programmatic channels
Proven track record of leading enterprise-level client relationships
Strong understanding of agency operations, resource management, and financial performance
