We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our manufacturing team ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Assist with production by performing general labor tasks and providing support in various areas of the plant ensuring that all produced and packaged products meet or exceed company quality standards Move materials or completed products and packages to established locations while maintaining 5S standards Inspect finished products for physical defects and replace any defective items with acceptable products. Ensure accurate identification and tagging of packaged products, following established standards. Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area, as well as other plant areas as directed by supervisor. Participate in end-of-shift and end-of-day clean-up procedures Adhere to all plant safety protocols and company policies Undertake additional tasks and special projects as required by the company This position requires standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED equivalent Capacity to perform repetitive motions, including working with hands and/or arms at or above shoulder level Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate, maintain, and adjust manufacturing equipment General knowledge of proper tool usage and maintenance The ability to distinguish colors and color blends Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Physical ability to stand, stoop, reach, and lift to 50 lbs. Dependable and consistent attendance is required Ability to read and write the English language Schedule Full-time, 12-hour shifts (Monday-Friday) Must be available to rotate to night shift during peak season 10%-night shift premium Why Join Unilock?
