About the role
- Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for the banking vertical across direct and partner-led motions
- Define and drive the partner integration strategy — scope and prioritize integrations with core banking, KYC/AML, and fraud platforms
- Run ongoing discovery with banks, credit unions, and partners to surface product gaps and regulatory constraints (AML, KYC, BSA)
- Own technical and commercial requirements for integrations, acting as the primary product point of contact for partner teams
- Drive product launches across both channels, coordinating engineering, design, sales, marketing, and partners
- Partner with Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and Finance on GTM strategy, pricing, and partner/revenue-share models
- Define success metrics and hold the organization accountable for adoption, customer value, and commercial outcomes
- Build repeatable playbooks for scoping and launching new partner integrations as the ecosystem scales
- Help shape the product organization, talent plan, and operating cadence as the team grows
- 10+ years of progressive Product Management experience, including team or portfolio leadership and success in regulated verticals (banking, fintech, or payments preferred)
- Direct experience building and scaling software partner integrations — API-driven partnerships, joint roadmaps, partner commercial models
- Direct experience selling to middle-market and enterprise customers, with complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making
- Deep understanding of banking compliance (KYC, AML, BSA) and the core banking, KYC/AML, and fraud vendor landscape
- Track record owning product across more than one GTM motion simultaneously (e.g., direct and partner-led)
- Strong analytical and commercial judgment — comfortable with data, trade-offs, and decisions made with limited information
- Executive-level communication skills; credible with bankers, partner teams, salespeople, and senior leadership
- Ecosystem-minded, customer- and partner-obsessed, comfortable with ambiguity, and hands-onWhat We Offer
- Own the full banking product from the ground up; work directly with executive leadership with a path to broader product leadership as the company grows
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) with employer matching
- Flexible work arrangements and a professional development budget
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
