REPORTS TO: Store ManagerPART-TIME (15-20 hours/ week)

Responsibilities:
Become an expert of Topo Designs retail store products Foster a vital customer base through outreach, building and maintaining relationships Assist with local and in-store events Drive sales to meet goals and targets Contribute to a team built on trust and mutual respect Understand, support and comply with company policies and procedures Implement merchandising strategies and directives Maintain a neat, clean sales floor and work space that accurately reflects the brand Maintain an organized and efficient stockroom Uphold a high level of asset protection Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends Mastery of store POS system, office management software, and familiarity with social media outlets and tools Qualifications/
