HR Coordinator Cleveland, OH | Manufacturing
Job Summary: Growing manufacturing company is seeking an HR & Payroll Coordinator to support payroll processing, HR administration, onboarding, and recruiting activities. This role will partner closely with the HR Manager and serve as a key resource for employees and managers across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and audit payroll for approximately 150 hourly and salaried employees
  • Review timecards, attendance records, payroll adjustments, and employee pay inquiries
  • Maintain employee records, onboarding documentation, and HR compliance files
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, I-9s, and HR administrative functions
  • Coordinate candidate screening, interview scheduling, and recruiting activities
  • Partner with supervisors and managers to resolve payroll and employee-related issues
Qualifications:
  • 1-2+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience supporting hourly workforce payroll and timekeeping systems
  • Working knowledge of HR administration, onboarding, and employee records
  • Experience with Paycom or similar HRIS/payroll systems preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work effectively with employees at all levels
