This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The Project Manager will play a key role in driving operational efficiency and organizational alignment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation through completion. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate internal teams including Operations, Clinical, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met. Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively develop mitigation plans. Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communication. Ensure alignment between business goals and project execution. Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives. Maintain project documentation, timelines, and reporting dashboards. Drive accountability across teams to ensure successful project delivery.Essential FunctionsEnsure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Maintain clear communication across stakeholders. Identify and resolve project-related issues. Support continuous improvement across workflows and processes.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required. 3+ years of project management or operations experience. Experience managing cross-functional projects in healthcare, SaaS, or technology environments preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, etc.) preferred.
