This includes building and executing growth plans for owned digital platforms and marketplace channels, as well as owning and optimizing the eCommerce P&L. The role demands a strategic, data-driven leader with a proven track record in high-volume eCommerce, particularly in the tech, consumer electronics, or retail sectors. Key responsibilities for the SVP of eCommerce at the company include ensuring best-in-class customer experience and UX, integrating marketing efforts, and leading a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive leadership in eCommerce, with a strong focus on digital P&L ownership, web analytics, and customer acquisition strategies. Experience in A/B testing, CRO, personalization, and digital merchandising is essential, as is a strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and mobile-first design.
