We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Seasonal Part-Time Administrative Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support during our busiest time of year. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Perform accurate data entry. Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner. Scan, fax, and file documents. Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. Shred confidential documents according to office procedures. Order and maintain office supplies. Maintain organized paper and electronic filing systems. Provide general administrative support to office staff. Assist with other clerical duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous administrative, clerical, or office experience preferred. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Professional communication skills and phone etiquette. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Dependable, with strong attendance and punctuality. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Why Join Us?
