Requirements: Abilities/

Skills Required: Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management. Ability to lift 35 Lbs. unassisted and up to 100 lbs. with lift device. Mechanically inclined Ability to use Hand tools correctly Ability to lean, reach, kneel, and stand for long periods of time Basic math skills are needed. Knowledge of calibration metal types and color codes Computer skills to effectively use Human Resource Information System and ability to utilize on-line training Must be a good team player and can work with people of diverse backgrounds. Minimum Educational/

Experience Requirements: High School Diploma (or equivalent) preferred.3 + years previous machine operation experience.
