The Gund Company: Take Care of Each Other, Take Care of the Customer and Take Care of the Business Job Summary Manufacturing Customer Service Associate As a Manufacturing Customer Service Associate, you will be the key link between customers and the company, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of orders. Your responsibilities would involve verifying materials availability, entering quotes into the ERP system, and sending order acknowledgements to keep everything on track.
Key Responsibilities: Manufacturing Customer Service Associate Enter purchase orders and quotes. Confirm ship dates and follow up with tracking information to customers. Communicate with the team and production regarding any material issues and potential late shipments. Coordinate with the Production Department to obtain accurate shipment lead time information.
