Job Summary: This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional with experience in cosmetic and beauty packaging development, particularly in tubes and in-mold labeled (IML) tubes. You will serve as the primary point of contact for new IML clients.  This position goes beyond traditional sales—it requires a solid understanding of the fundamentals of cosmetic packaging development. Strong technical knowledge of tubes is essential. If you have a vibrant personality, are well-presented, and possess a proven track record in sales along with an eye for identifying new trends and innovations, this opportunity is for you.  As this is a remote role, you must be highly self-motivated and able to work independently. The position reports directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing. Monthly travel to our North Carolina IML factory is required to collaborate with internal teams. Duties/Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the beauty industry for IML tubes across the U.S. Develop and manage accounts to ensure milestones, timelines, and performance metrics are tracked and achieved. Research opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new client relationships to expand business. Monitor competitor activity and share relevant insights with the VP of Sales & Marketing. Support business growth by attending client meetings, appointments, and trade shows, and sharing information as needed. Ensure timely and accurate communication of information to internal departments. Respond promptly to client calls and meetings to resolve and manage daily issues in collaboration with teams in North Carolina and Asia. Achieve designated sales targets and goals. Required Skills/Abilities:  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. At least 5 years' experience in business development and/or sales, in cosmetic packaging, specifically tubes Strong product knowledge Domestic and international travel as needed Physical Requirements:  Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
