Description Circuit is looking for a creative, curious, and digitally savvy intern to support our marketing team across social media, email, content, paid media, SEO, and community engagement. This role is ideal for someone who understands how content changes across platforms, stays current on digital trends, and is eager to gain hands‑on experience planning and executing full‑funnel marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to help share Circuit’s story, engage our audiences, and improve how people discover and connect with our brand. About Circuit Circuit is a leading provider of all‑electric microtransit and community mobility services. We help cities, counties, transit agencies, business districts, developers, hotels, and private organizations solve local transportation challenges through right‑sized, sustainable mobility programs. Our services combine electric vehicles, W‑2 Driver Ambassadors, professional operations, rider technology, real‑time data, reporting tools, and customer support into a turnkey transportation solution. We work with communities to improve access, reduce congestion, support local economic development, and provide cleaner, more flexible alternatives to traditional transportation models. Requirements What you’ll do: Draft captions and develop social media content tied to Circuit’s work, industry news, and relevant trends Ideate, capture, and edit social content, including short‑form video, images, and other platform‑specific assets Optimize content based on platform goals, audience behavior, and performance insights Monitor brand mentions, conversations, and sentiment across social platforms Engage with online communities while maintaining Circuit’s brand voice and subject‑matter expertise Keep a pulse on social media, transportation, sustainability, and mobility trends to identify timely content opportunities Assist with newsletter and email campaigns, including ideation, copywriting, email building, testing, and reporting Support the creation of image and video assets for paid social, search, and other digital advertising campaigns Help plan, coordinate, and execute digital marketing campaigns across the full funnel, from awareness through retention Support paid social, paid search, and programmatic campaign planning, monitoring, and analysis Contribute to SEO and digital discovery initiatives that help audiences find Circuit online Track campaign and content performance, identify key insights, and recommend opportunities for improvement Collaborate with marketing staff and cross‑functional teams to support coordinated, effective communications Assist with other high‑priority marketing campaigns and projects as needed What we’re looking for: Must be accepted into an eligible NYSERDA internship program and must be a NY resident to apply Prior internship or relevant work experience in digital marketing, social media, communications, or a related field Experience drafting social media content and creating digital assets Strong writing, editing, and communication skills Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines Creative, proactive, and willing to contribute new ideas Must be available to work from Circuit’s New York City office two days per week Experience with Canva, HubSpot, Google Analytics, paid social platforms, or video‑editing tools is a plus. #CT2026 Salary Description $20.00/ hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
