About the role
Inner Healing Charleston is seeking a full-time or part-time compassionate and motivated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join its growing team in Charleston, South Carolina. As one of Charleston’s leading physician-owned psychiatric centers, our practice provides comprehensive mental health services. We are committed to delivering innovative, patient-centered care through both traditional psychiatric treatment and advanced interventional therapies, including Spravato® (esketamine) and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).This is an excellent opportunity for a PMHNP who is passionate about improving patient outcomes and interested in practicing within a collaborative, forward-thinking behavioral health environment. Position Highlights Collaborative team of psychiatric providers and support staff Ample administrative time Exposure to and training in innovative treatments including Spravato® and TMSEstablished patient base with strong community reputation Administrative and clinical support to help providers focus on patient care
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments Develop individualized treatment plans Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care Supervise and administer Spravato (esketamine) treatment sessions in accordance with REMS protocol Participate in quality improvement and clinical initiatives as appropriate
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program Active South Carolina PMHNP license Active DEA registration Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Two years or more work experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Interest or experience in interventional psychiatry, including TMS and Spravato®Compensation Salary ranging from $130,000 to $160,000 depending on prior experience
