Olema Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Director of Compensation to design, implement, and govern comprehensive compensation programs across non-executive roles. This role collaborates with HR partners and senior leaders to ensure competitive, consistent pay structures aligned with Olema’s strategic goals. The position is hybrid, based out of either San Francisco or Boston, reporting to the SVP, People & Culture, and influencing compensation decisions at the Vice President level and below.
