About the role
- Design, implement, and continuously optimize end-to-end creative operations for global demand generation and digital web channels.
- Build and maintain single-source-of-truth project plans—managing tasks, creative resources, asset dependencies, cross-functional handoffs, localization, and stakeholder/legal approvals in one place.
- Prioritize incoming project requests against creative capacity while keeping stakeholders aligned through clear, proactive status updates.
- Serve as the lead operational partner to Digital and Demand Gen creative teams—guiding design and copywriting bandwidth, leading weekly project syncs, mitigating delivery risks, and integrating work into the broader brand operations pipeline.
- Champion project management systems (e.g., Asana) and asset infrastructure, using workflow automations and AI tools to cut manual tracking and boost speed-to-market.
- Oversee agency, localization, and freelance partners, ensuring deliverables align with project scopes, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (cycle time, throughput, and capacity utilization) to continuously refine processes and improve team delivery.
- What experience you have
- Experience in creative operations, project management, or program management within high-growth B2B tech environments, digital agencies, or in-house marketing creative teams.
- Strong understanding of digital and performance marketing asset ecosystems, including paid media, email marketing, web optimization, ABM campaigns, and multi-touch nurture journeys.
- Exceptional organization, tracking, and scheduling skills, with a bias for transparent, central visibility across all workflows.
- Proven expertise in project management platforms (Asana preferred) with a discipline for building and maintaining clean, accurate, and up-to-date plans.
- Proactive, clear communication and comfort coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders
- The ability to manage many concurrent projects without dropping details
- Comfort working quickly and adapting as priorities shift
- An interest in using AI and automation to take manual work off the team's plate
- A collaborative, reliable, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Why you should be excited about this role
- You will keep two of our most active creative teams running smoothly
- You will be the reason work ships on time and at a high bar
- You will help shape how the creative team operate, including how they use AI to work smarter
- You will work with fun, talented, and collaborative creatives who are passionate about doing their best work together
- Why we are excited about you
- You are a systems thinker: you see the big picture across complex campaigns and build repeatable frameworks rather than applying quick fixes.
- You drive velocity & high standards: you know how to accelerate pipeline velocity without sacrificing creative quality or brand integrity.
- You inspire confidence: stakeholders and cross-functional teams trust your roadmaps, transparency, and strategic oversight under pressure.
- You are organized, clear, and reliable under a heavy flow of work.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
