About the Company: CEO Inc. is an executive search firm which focuses on helping Manufacturing companies in several markets across the country source and hire Engineering, Production Leadership and Operations professionals on a direct-hire basis. Our firm is experiencing solid growth in 2026 and therefore, we are interested in adding an experienced Sales/Recruiting Associate to our team.
About the Role: This Associate role involves helping companies we are partnered with in several markets across the U.S., source talent for their open roles. You will use your recruiting experience, coupled with the sourcing tools we have at our fingertips to source, interview and present top talent to open positions. You will also use your business development skills to identify new target companies in the market and make them aware of the talented professionals we are representing. In other words, you will be responsible for both recruiting and business development.
Responsibilities: Source talent for open roles. Interview and present top talent to open positions. Identify new target companies in the market. Perform outbound sales activities.
Qualifications: Minimum of three years' experience working within an Executive Search or Staffing Firm environment.
Required Skills: Recruiting experience. Business development skills.
Preferred Skills: Experience in outbound sales activities. Pay range and compensation package This opportunity offers a base salary, along with a commissions structure that is among the industry's best. Initially the Recruiter selected for this role will be expected to go into the office at least three days per week. Once they have established themselves however, this will be a remote opportunity.
