Now Hiring: Machine Operator Direct HireThe Job Center Staffing is currently hiring an experienced Finishing Machine Operator for a direct-hire opportunity in Newport, KY. Starting Pay: $19.00/hour. Training on 1st shift for 30 days, then move to 2nd shift
Schedule: Monday-Friday2:00 PM to 10:30 PMDirect-Hire Opportunity
Responsibilities:
Operate finishing and production machinery safely and efficiently.
Set up, monitor, and maintain equipment during production.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
Perform basic machine adjustments as needed.
Follow production work orders and established operating procedures.
Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
Follow all GMP, PPE, safety, and quality requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform additional production duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Previous manufacturing experience required.
Machine Operator or Press Operator experience is strongly preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn the process.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Strong attendance and dependability.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Resume or detailed work history required.
Must meet company hiring requirements.
Must comply with all required GMP and PPE standards.
