What We're Looking For:
1-3 years of interior and exterior residential painting experience Willingness to learn and grow in the trade Ability to follow directions and work efficiently Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic Comfortable working in varying temperatures Clean driving record and a valid driver's license Have painter tools Must have a truck or van with insurance on the vehicle
What We Offer:
Hands-on training from experienced painters Room for advancement—grow into a Lead Painter or Foreman role Competitive pay based on experience
