Duties may include word processing, filing, faxing, answering phones, receiving and directing visitors, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail. May work on special projects. Strong communication skills and organizational skills are essential. Familiarity with MS Office required. REQUIRED SKILLS2 or more years of administrative, analysis and/or resourcing experience. Experience building reports and presentations in Excel and PowerPointAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft suite and advanced knowledge of data analysis and associated tools.Provides intermediate working knowledge of all Enterprise Learning Center of Excellence (ELCOE) processes applicable to Delivery, Development, and Planning as it pertains to support of learning events. Supports the ELCOE curriculum, facility configurations, learning paths, and ensures communication of the operational processes with all business partners and customers. Schedules learning events as provided through the planning and request definition processes. Performs moderately complex work assignments to support other team members.What are some job responsibilities specific to your team for this role?Pulling reports from different systems then generating results using MS Excel (i.e. pivot tables) and PPT slides for leadership. Review and handle staff PTO and scheduling gaps for facilitator team.Strong experience with MS suite, especially Excel and PPT is necessary. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment requiring the ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Ability to shift priorities with little notice.
