About the Role: At Medical-Link, we’re looking for a driven Healthcare Recruiter to help source, engage, and place Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants into temporary and permanent roles nationwide. You’ll work closely with recruiters and account managers in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with strong earning and growth potential.

Responsibilities:

Recruit and place Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants nationwide
Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and referrals
Screen, interview, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process
Partner with account managers to meet client staffing needs
Maintain accurate data and documentation in internal systems

What We’re Looking For:

Goal-oriented, motivated, and results-driven
Organized, accountable, and reliable
Coachable with a strong work ethic
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

1+ years of recruiting or sales experience (healthcare preferred)
Strong sourcing and internet research skills
Experience using LinkedIn and professional networking platforms
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and basic Microsoft/Google tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven history of achieving performance goals
