The Opportunity: As a Research and Grant Administration Consultant, Senior Manager, you will engage with clients in the Health Services sector, providing strategic guidance and operational insights within our Management Consulting network. Your role will involve leveraging your skills to drive impactful solutions in operations consulting, focusing on the health industries. As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a strategic level to drive project success. You will apply your professional knowledge to deliver quality results and provide strategic input into the firm's business strategies. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams. You will motivate and coach others to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment and communicating effectively. Your ability to navigate complexity and make informed decisions will contribute to the overall success of our firm. Within our operations practice, you will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback, all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities:

Leading strategic initiatives in operations consulting for health services clients
Driving business transformation projects to enhance operational effectiveness
Utilizing analytical thinking and business data analytics to inform decision-making
Developing and implementing process improvement strategies to optimize operations
Managing stakeholder engagement and fostering collaborative relationships
Overseeing project resource management to align with client objectives
Conducting market research to support strategic planning and execution
Applying change management techniques to facilitate successful transitions
Coaching and providing feedback to teams to promote professional growth
Crafting and conveying impactful messages through storytelling and strategic questioning
What You Must HaveAt least a Bachelor's degree
At least 7 years of experience
