The Terraces of Boise, one of several Human Good communities honored by U.S. News & World Report as a "Best Nursing Home 2026" is hiring a Full-time Night Shift Registered Nurses (RNs) for its Skilled Nursing team.  ** $40-$46/hr. (DOE) + $2.00/hr. Night Shift Differential Full-time Positions available: Saturday/Sunday/Monday- 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM   Thursday/Friday/Saturday- 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Our RNs are responsible for the total nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” A day in the life may include: Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments Initiating plan of care as needed and appropriately supervising resident care Developing assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction To be successful in the role, you would have: Current RN license Current CPR certification Current/Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute care is preferred Skilled Nursing experience preferred
