Trueline's client, a rapidly growing manufacturer serving major infrastructure and mission-critical construction projects, is seeking aGeneral Managerto join their team in Northeast Ohio. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced construction or manufacturing operator to take ownership of day-to-day business operations while helping a fast-scaling organization build the systems, team, and production capacity needed for its next stage of growth.What You'll Do as the General Manager:Own day-to-day operations across production, quality, finance, HR, and workforce planning.Lead the manufacturing operation and ensure production keeps pace with aggressive customer demand and growth targets.Build stronger processes, accountability, and operating structure as the organization continues to scale.Partner closely with ownership and senior leadership while taking operational responsibilities off their plates.Work across production, engineering, sales, and administrative functions to keep priorities aligned.Oversee hiring and organizational development as the team expands.Monitor operational and financial performance and identify opportunities to improve capacity, quality, efficiency, and execution.Help prepare the business for significant revenue growth and a larger, more sophisticated operating footprint.Support the integration of outside manufacturing and production partnerships as the company expands its capabilities.Must-Haves as the General Manager:Senior operational leadership experience in construction, heavy civil, precast concrete, construction products, or project-driven manufacturing.Experience leading a business, plant, division, or major operating function with responsibility well beyond a single department.Strong understanding of how manufactured products are used in construction or infrastructure applications.Experience overseeing production operations in a made-to-order or project-based environment rather than traditional retail or inventory-driven manufacturing.Experience operating within a sizable business, ideally one approaching or exceeding $100M in annual revenue.Ability to lead through rapid growth, changing priorities, and an entrepreneurial environment.Strong business judgment with the ability to manage people, processes, financial considerations, quality, and customer commitments.Comfortable working closely with owners and executives in a hands-on, fast-moving organization.Nice-to-Haves as the General Manager:Experience with utility, electrical infrastructure, heavy civil, data center, industrial, government, military, healthcare, or other mission-critical construction markets.Experience with engineered or custom concrete components.Background scaling a manufacturing business through major increases in volume or revenue.Experience working in a job shop, engineer-to-order, configure-to-order, or purchase-order-driven production environment.Exposure to both manufacturing operations and construction project execution.Our Client Offers:A highly visible leadership role with direct access to ownership and executive leadership.The opportunity to take meaningful control of an operation experiencing exceptional growth.Broad authority across production and business operations rather than ownership of one narrow function.A fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where strong leaders can make decisions and see the impact quickly.Significant long-term growth potential as the company expands production capacity, partnerships, and its national customer base.Relocation assistance for the right candidate, with flexibility based on individual circumstances.Benefits including medical and dental coverage and voluntary life insurance.The chance to join an organization supplying infrastructure for demanding commercial, industrial, mission-critical, and government-related projects.Trueline and its clients are unabashed equal-opportunity employers committed to a diverse workforce.
