About the role
Engaging students through live, on-camera instruction, the full-time New Mexico Licensed Physics Teacher will deliver synchronous lessons for five or more hours daily, personalize learning based on student data, and foster relationships with students and families in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver live, engaging instruction in a virtual classroom setting for five or more hours each instructional day
Utilize student performance data to personalize instruction and address individual learning gaps
Maintain accurate records and provide timely feedback to students and families to support learning outcomes
Required qualifications:
Active New Mexico state teaching license in Physics for grades 6-12
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
Experience teaching in virtual and/or in-person settings
Hands-on experience with online learning platforms and virtual instruction tools
Ability to teach live for five or more consecutive hours per day and build connections with students
