About the role

Monel Coating Technician Operates and maintains equipment used to apply Monel protective coatings to equipment, ensuring high-quality corrosion-resistant finishes. Responsibilities include surface preparation, coating application, inspection, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Collaborates with production teams to meet specifications, troubleshoot issues, and maintain efficient workflow in a manufacturing environment. Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities. Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data. Comply with Schlumberger and respective division TLM standards. Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System. Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
Experience: High School Diploma required (or GED) 1-2 years preferred, but not required Painting/Coating experience preferred Manufacturing background Note: They can submit non-locals, but we will not pay relocation fees.
