About the role

Responsibilities: Act as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders, managers, and employees, providing guidance on talent management, organizational design, and employee relations. Design and implement People programs that align with business goals and drive organizational success. Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop actionable insights and solutions. Manage complex employee relations issues, including conducting thorough and objective investigations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support high-growth initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions. Coach and advise employees at all levels to support their professional growth and development. Ensure compliance with employment laws and legislation.
Qualifications
Must-Have: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, Sociology, or a related field. 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner in a high-growth technology company. Strong knowledge of HR systems and tools (e.g., Workday, Culture Amp, HR Acuity). Proven experience supporting management and providing HR guidance. Working knowledge of employment laws and legislation. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to interpret HR analytics and translate data into actionable insights.
Nice-to-Have: Masters degree or MBA. Experience in the engineering or financial services industry. Experience with mergers and acquisitions.
