Job Description #LI-AL1 #LI-Onsite Responsibilities Essential Functions and Primary DutiesProvide accurate administrative support to leadership team members and other stakeholders, including copying, scanning, FedEx coordination, mail and package delivery, and general office supportAssist with calendar management, meeting preparation, receptionist coverage, guest and visitor support, and expense report processingPrepare and update basic business documents using Microsoft Office, including memos, spreadsheets, and related administrative materialsAssist with regional administrative special projects and other office priorities as needed.Respond professionally to questions from internal and external clients and direct inquiries to the appropriate resource when neededPreferred QualificationsCurrently pursuing any business, communications, or a related majorAbility to use AI tools, such as CopilotHigh level of attention to detailStrong customer service skillsOther ConsiderationsAbility to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during core business hoursAbility to work onsite at least three days per week during the traditional business week, Monday through FridayAbility to work in blocks of at least two hours throughout the work weekThis position may require periodic additional hours outside core business hours or days, such as evenings or Saturdays, as neededAbility to occasionally lift up to 20 lbsQualifications Minimum QualificationsWorking towards an Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree and at least 18 years of age at date of employmentExcellent interpersonal and project management skillsDemonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externallyAbility to multi-task and think independently in a team oriented environmentStrong verbal and written communications skillsStrong computer and technical skills including, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and intranet softwareAbout Us CBIZ, Inc.
