About the role

Growing company in Northeast Ohio has an exciting opportunity available for a Director of Manufacturing. This position will be involved in production reporting, safety, quality control, budgeting, hiring, financial goals, training, maintenance, equipment purchasing / installation, and plant layout. Bachelor's degree is required. Master's degree is preferred. Must have at least 10 years of Plant Management, Production Management, or Operations Management experience. Experience with flexible packaging, extrusion, blown film, cast film, polyethylene, HDPE, LLDPE, LDPE, polypropylene, and / or converting is a big plus. This position offers a very competitive base salary, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits.
