About the role
As a full-time Maryland Licensed Sales Consultant, the Associate Sales Consultant for Workplace will service and deepen participant relationships by providing retirement strategy insights, handling service requests, and qualifying participants for enhanced consultations, while working in a hybrid environment after training.
Key responsibilities
Serve as the initial point of contact for inbound participant service requests and resolve complex account issues
Identify and qualify participants for referral to a High-Value Financial Consultant to enhance client relationships
Deliver on defined sales targets while demonstrating a consultative approach to understand and meet participant needs
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
0+ years of relevant work experience
Series 7 and 66 licenses to be obtained within designated window per licensing policy
