Sales Support Associate - HOLT Truck CentersThe Sales Support Associate is responsible in assisting, supporting, and performing a variety of administrative support activities pertaining to the lease and sale of HOLT Truck Centers, trucks and trailers. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices daily: Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; Collaborate with key internal/external resources; Participate in ongoing self-development.Essential FunctionsModels HOLT's Values-Based Leadership (VBL) and supports internal and external customers, including sales representatives, throughout new and used truck and trailer transactionsManages inventory setup, including running daily manufacturer invoice reports, importing invoices/MSOs, creating stock numbers and inventory records in HOLT CRM, reviewing daily orders, and preparing unit jacketsMaintains accurate and audit-ready deal documentation, organizing and verifying paperwork, gathering required documents, and scanning completed files into eManagerSupports DMV and regulatory processes, including title and registration transfers, trips to the DMV when needed, staying current on requirements, and processing Vehicle Inventory Tax (VIT) for all locationsMonitors license plate inventory, verifies availability across locations, and submits reorder requests as neededPerforms administrative tasks, including filing, shipping documents via FedEx, supporting general office processes, and other administrative duties as assignedDemonstrates professionalism, maintaining punctual attendance, adhering to safety and company policies, and performing other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesBasic to intermediate knowledge of business accounting principlesIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.); Ability to learn DBSi, CDK, Procede, eManager, and manufacturer portalsStrong attention to detail and data entry accuracyExceptional organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skillsSelf-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentRequirementsEducation and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent required2 years' administrative or dealership experience preferredSupervisory Responsibilities:NoneTravel:Up to 5% of travel may be expectedPhysical Requirements:This position involves extended periods in a stationary position; additionally, occasional movement inside the office to access office machinery, file cabinets, etc.This role frequently communicates with others, must be able to exchange accurate information in these situationsOccasionally moves materials or equipment weighing up to 10 lbs.Constant movement and use of limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and staminaRoutinely reacts to visual, auditory, and other signals, including alarms and instructions, and is required to visually inspect workWork Environment:Regularly works indoors in environmentally controlled conditionsOccasionally, works outdoors and may be exposed to extreme weather conditions that include inclement weather, heat, cold, and humidityFrequently works at fast pace with unscheduled interruptionsDisclaimer:Please note that the above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this classification.
