About the role

Enstructure seeks an experienced Director of Operations to lead its Mid-Atlantic terminals, warehouses, and related services. You will own performance, set plans, manage labor, equipment, and customer expectations, and drive safety and quality improvements across the network. Reporting to executive leadership, you will partner with Vessel Ops, Maintenance, Sales, and Customer Service to balance resources, optimize throughput, and deliver reliable, cost-efficient service to major customers.
