About the role

The County of Santa Clara is recruiting for two Attorney IV – Child Support Services positions. Under direction, these roles perform professional legal work in the child support services division. One selected candidate may serve as Lead Attorney or Attorney of Record, with a differential approximately 10% above the salary range, per the County and Government Attorneys Association memorandum of agreement. Membership in the California State Bar is required for all levels, with defined experience
