Role Description: The HR Administrative Assistant (100% Remote) is a full-time role responsible for supporting day-to-day human resources and administrative operations. This position manages HR documentation, maintains employee records, assists with onboarding processes, and helps coordinate recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates. The HR Administrative Assistant will handle general administrative tasks including calendar management, organizing digital files, preparing reports, and drafting correspondence. This role also responds to employee inquiries, supports HR-related communications, and provides customer service to internal and external stakeholders. The position requires consistent collaboration with HR and leadership teams in a remote environment, using digital tools to ensure timely and accurate support.
Qualifications: Human Resources (HR) skills, including basic knowledge of HR processes, employee records management, and onboarding support. Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills to manage calendars, organize documents, support scheduling, and prepare reports. Strong Communication skills for clear written and verbal interactions with candidates, employees, and leadership. Customer Service skills to respond professionally to inquiries and provide a positive experience to internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., email, video conferencing, shared document platforms) and basic office software. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently. Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred; experience in a remote work environment is an advantage. Relevant education such as an associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial, or equivalent practical experience.
