Farm Operations Associate A reputable and growing farm operation is looking to add a Farm Operations Associate to their team. A competitive compensation package will be offered to the right individual.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day farm operations including planting, spraying, harvesting, and seed handling
- Operate and maintain farm equipment throughout the season
- Support seed cleaning, loading seed to the field, and other operational tasks as needed
- Work closely with the farm team to ensure operations run efficiently during busy seasons Qualifications:
- Farming, equipment operation, or general ag experience preferred
- Experience with spraying, planting, or harvest operations is a plus
- Strong work ethic and willingness to be hands-on in all areas of the operation
- Ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced environment
