This pivotal role is dedicated to leading strategic client engagement and sales enablement initiatives, with the ultimate goal of strengthening the company's market position, driving revenue growth, and expanding relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and deepening client relationships, aligning the company's services with client objectives, and actively contributing to all commercial engagements. This includes serving as a senior-level partner in proposal and budget preparation, as well as representing the company at external scientific and industry meetings. The role also involves providing strategic input, guiding scientific and operational input into proposals, and ensuring the delivery of differentiating strategies. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 20 years' experience in the pharmaceutical services or a related industry, with a proven track record in building and maintaining senior-level client relationships. Expertise in consultative selling, strategic account planning, and a strong leadership, writing, and presentation skills are essential. The role requires the ability to collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations, and a deep industry knowledge to manage senior-level relationships with clients and partners. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of leading and working closely with experts to deliver innovative solutions and methodological content in proposals.
