Aspire Haven Group Homes LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and provide behavioral services within an Intensive Behavioral (IB) group-home setting serving adults with developmental disabilities and significant behavioral support needs.
Position Responsibilities The BCBA will:
Develop, review, and update Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
Analyze behavioral data and make data-driven treatment recommendations
Provide ongoing behavioral consultation and clinical oversight
Train and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in implementing behavior plans
Conduct competency-based staff training and monitor treatment integrity
Participate in resident/team meetings and collaborate with WSCs, providers, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team
Complete required behavioral documentation, reports, and plan updates
Assist with crisis prevention, behavioral stabilization, and reduction of restrictive procedures
Maintain compliance with Florida APD requirements and applicable behavior-analysis standards
Provide services in the group home and community as clinically appropriate
Qualifications Required Current BCBA certification in good standing
Eligible to provide behavior-analysis services in Florida
Strong experience with behavior assessment, treatment planning, data analysis, and staff training
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Strong written documentation and communication skills
Preferred Experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD)
Experience with severe or challenging behavior
Previous experience with APD, group homes, residential services, or IB/behavior-focused settings
