Maintenance Manager Overview / Summary The Maintenance Manager manages the activities of Maintenance Supervisors and supports maintenance operations for assembly operations.
Key Responsibilities: Support safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale activities for assembly operations. Ensure equipment capability. Support error and mistake-proofing activities. Ensure preventive maintenance (PM) activities. Support system enhancements. Manage the activities of Maintenance Supervisors.
Required Qualifications: Industrial Maintenance experience required - NOT building maintenance Experience managing or overseeing Maintenance Supervisors. Experience supporting maintenance activities related to assembly operations. Knowledge of equipment capability, error and mistake-proofing, preventive maintenance, and system enhancements.
