Whether you are an experienced Speech Language Pathologist or a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, this role offers the opportunity to deliver meaningful, one-on-one care while helping children build lifelong skills. As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA), you will play a critical role in improving communication, independence, and overall quality of life for pediatric patients. What You'll Do:
  • Provide evidence-based care in the home and community
  • Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans (Speech Language Pathologist / SLP)
  • Implement treatment plans under supervision (Speech Language Pathologist Assistant / SLPA)
  • Deliver interventions targeting speech, language, cognitive, feeding/swallowing, and social/emotional development
  • Educate and empower families and caregivers
  • Coordinate care with physicians and referral partners
  • Develop home programs to ensure continued progress
  • Document all care and services in EMRMaintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Required: Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license (Texas) Current CPR certification
Preferred: 1+ year of pediatric or home health experience
