Description: Job Description Summary The Bentley University Department of English & Media Studiesseeks applicants for future adjunct positions to teach effectivespeaking. A record of excellent teaching at the college level isessential. Preference will be given to candidates with an appropriate terminaldegree and facility in the use of information technology in theclassroom. Please note: There are no immediate positions availableat this moment, but when a position becomes available we willactively source candidates from this applicant pool.

Salary Range: Compensation for adjunct faculty is governed by the collectivebargaining agreement between Bentley University and the ServiceEmployees International Union (SEIU) Local 509. For the 2025–26 academic year, adjunct faculty are compensatedat a rate of $7,225.00 per course. Courses with labs and other four-credit courses shall will becompensated at a higher minimum rate of $9,333.00 per course.
