Claremedica is seeking a Director of Nutrition & Wellness Programs to lead the development and growth of our nutrition and wellness services within a physician-led, value-based primary care model. This role blends direct patient care with strategic program leadership to improve outcomes and expand preventive health services. You will design Medical Nutrition Therapy programs, collaborate with clinicians, set clinical standards, measure outcomes, and build a scalable nutrition and wellness
