About the role
Administrative Assistant Refinery Turnaround We are seeking Administrative Assistants to support an upcoming refinery project. These positions will provide onsite administrative support. Employees will work from a designated office trailer located inside the refinery. All positions will work a 6/12 schedule consisting of six 12-hour shifts per week.
Day Shift: 5 am to 5 pm. Sunday to Friday or Monday to Saturday
Night Shift: 5 pm to 5 am Sunday to Friday or Monday to Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and organize permit packets. Distribute permit packets to the appropriate personnel. Collect completed permit packets and related documentation. Maintain accurate and organized records. Look up information and enter data into existing Excel spreadsheets. Provide general administrative support to turnaround personnel. Communicate professionally with employees, contractors, and refinery personnel.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel. Ability to enter information into and retrieve information from existing Excel spreadsheets; creating spreadsheets is not required. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively and work well with a variety of personnel. Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage paperwork in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working a demanding 6/12 turnaround schedule, including either day or night shifts. Willing and able to work onsite inside an active refinery environment.
