Our client are a leading disruptor in the insurance industry, providing software technology solutions that are creating a transformational evolution in risk management.Our client are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our team and drive new revenue growth by selling our risk management SaaS solutions to General Contractors (GCs) in the $100M-$500M annual construction volume range.The RoleAs an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle—prospecting, qualification, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close—targeting mid-market Developers, General Contractors, Specialty Contractors, and Construction Management firms. You will develop a deep understanding of the construction risk management and insurance ecosystem and articulate our value proposition: risk reduction, increased profitability, labor savings, and insurance optimization.This is a hunter role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and can navigate complex sales cycles with C-suite stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Own the Full Sales Cycle: Prospecting, qualification, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closeTarget Key Accounts: Focus on mid-market General Contractors (GCs), Developers, and Specialty ContractorsDevelop Industry Expertise: Deepen your understanding of construction risk management, insurance workflows, and compliance requirementsArticulate Value Proposition: Clearly communicate value around risk reduction, increased profitability, and labor savingsManage Pipeline: Build and manage a robust pipeline (3x quota) in our CRM and accurately forecast revenueIdeal Candidate Profile:Experience: 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably selling to construction, real estate, or risk management stakeholders (Contech, Insurtech, or Fintech)Proven Track Record: Demonstrable history of closing enterprise deals ($100K+ ACV) and exceeding quotasHunter Mentality: A sharp "hunter" with a resilient work ethic and the ability to handle rejection in a fast-paced environmentConsultative Sales: Expertise in consultative selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger) to navigate complex, 3-6 month sales cyclesExecutive Presence: Strong communication skills and the ability to command attention in the first 30 seconds of a conversationLocation: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dallas, TXCompensation & Benefits:Competitive BaseUncapped Commissions (50/50 split)Equity: Aligned with role impact and company stageBenefits: Competitive health coverage (medical, dental, vision), flexible PTO, 401(k), Relocation benefits and moreWhy Join?High Growth: 30%+ year-over-year growth for the last 5 yearsMarket Leader: Strong product-market fit serving Fortune 100 and ENR 100 clientsEstablished Partnerships: Partnerships with top 10 global insurance brokersImpact: High-visibility role with direct influence on company growthCulture: Fast-paced, ownership-driven, and collaborative environment
