About the Role: We're looking for a Project Manager to lead the roadmap and delivery of our Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) technology platform, based in our Charlotte office — translating regulatory requirements and business needs into a prioritized backlog and driving delivery across risk, quant, and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities ● Own the product vision and roadmap for counterparty credit risk systems (exposure calculation, limits monitoring, PFE/EPE, CVA, netting/collateral engines)● Manage and prioritize the Jira backlog, balancing regulatory deadlines, risk priorities, and technical debt ● Write epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and quant teams ● Partner with Risk, Front Office, Quant, Compliance, and Operations to gather and validate requirements ● Run agile ceremonies and translate regulatory requirements (Basel III/IV, SA-CCR, SIMM, EMIR) into features● Track KPIs/OKRs for platform performance and data quality; support UAT and release planning Required Skills & Experience ● 12+ years of Product Management experience in financial services/risk technology ● Hands-on experience with Counterparty Credit Risk (PFE, EPE, EAD, CVA/DVA, netting, collateral/margining, SA-CCR)● Proven expertise in Jira and backlog prioritization (RICE, MoSCoW, or weighted scoring) ● Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments● Solid understanding of derivatives products and the trading lifecycle● Strong stakeholder management, communication, and SQL skills Preferred Qualifications ● Knowledge of Basel III/IV, EMIR, Dodd-Frank, or ISDA SIMM● Experience with vendor risk platforms (Murex, Calypso, Numerix, Adaptiv)● CFA/FRM or MBA a plus
