This role requires strong leadership to manage service technicians, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a licensed HVAC professional with excellent communication and management skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and completion of service calls
  • Provide technical guidance for complex service issues
  • Monitor performance, conduct training, and evaluate staff
  • Resolve escalated customer concerns and maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Track revenue, productivity, and department efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Service Manager or supervisory role
  • Strong HVAC technical knowledge
  • Journeyman or Master HVAC License preferred
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with service management software
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean record
  • Salary Range$85,000 – $115,000 per year, based on experience and licensing.
