Pictures Animation, Apple TV, BAFTA, the Peabody Awards and more.This is a hybrid role that combines account management, strategic research, event coordination and creative outreach, providing you with a front-row seat to both day-to-day execution and big-picture strategy. If you’re excited by the idea of building work that drives culture, sparks conversation, and delivers real impact, this role is for you.About The RoleThe Account Coordinator is a vital, cross-functional force on our team, plugged into both the day-to-day rhythm of client work and the behind-the-scenes research that fuels our most compelling initiatives and partnerships. You’ll work closely with account and support leads to keep projects moving, help shape smart strategy, and ensure that partner pipelines stay active, aligned, and full of possibility. It’s a hands-on role with visibility across everything we do—from big-picture thinking to the details that make it all run.What You'll DoAccount Coordination & SupportBe a go-to point of contact for internal teams and support day-to-day client communications.Help keep projects moving: track deliverables, draft agendas, manage follow-ups, and ensure key details don’t fall through the cracks.Collect content and information across accounts, coordinate with internal stakeholders, own the social content calendar, and support our social media manager end-to-end through execution.Support meeting logistics: scheduling, note-taking, and capturing next steps to keep momentum strong.Build and format decks, memos, and reports that clearly communicate updates and ideas.Anticipate needs, surface potential roadblocks, and help drive toward creative, strategic solutions.Collaborate with internal teams to align deliverables with client objectives and timelines.Track outreach and engagement efforts across multiple client accounts.Research + ProspectingIdentify brand and partner prospects that align with client goals and broader A&CO business strategy.Build accurate, vetted lists of key decision-makers and organizations using LinkedIn, HubSpot, Seamless, and other tools.Monitor news, industry shifts, and cultural moments to help shape real-time opportunities for clients.Maintain and tag contacts within our CRM to ensure clean, useful data.Help encourage best practices around research and CRM use across the team.What We're Looking For1–3 years of relevant experience in partnerships, account coordination, or research. Agency, nonprofit, or entertainment experience is a plus.Strong communication skills—written and verbal—with an attention to nuance, tone and detail.A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.Someone who asks smart questions and sees the bigger picture.Comfortable navigating digital research tools and databases.
