Front Desk Representative Signal Tru Brand is seeking a professional and dependable Front Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients, partners, and visitors. The ideal candidate will maintain a welcoming environment and provide outstanding customer service while performing a variety of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
  • Manage front desk operations including mail distribution and scheduling
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Provide administrative support to different departments as needed
  • Monitor and order office supplies when necessary
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and conference room usage
  • Ensure security protocols are followed for guest check-ins
Qualifications:
