About the role
Who we are:
Renue By Science makes longevity supplements: more than 85 SKUs built around NAD+ precursors and liposomal delivery. Every product passes through contract manufacturers, formulators, and analytical labs before it reaches a customer. How well those handoffs are coordinated decides whether a product ships on time.
The role:
You keep every development program moving, from formulation brief to production run. If an ingredient is late, a COA is missing, or a timeline slips, you know first and you've already flagged it. You report to the Director of Product and Science and work directly with our manufacturing and lab partners.
What you'll do:
Run the timeline. Own schedules across concurrent programs and call out slippage before it becomes a delay. Source every input. Order each ingredient individually for multi-ingredient formulas, some with 20+ components. Own the paper trail. Keep BOMs, spec sheets, RFQ packages, and formula revision histories complete, current, and traceable. Be the point of contact. Handle samples, formula revisions, stability pulls, and COAs with manufacturers and labs day to day. Keep the QMS clean. Route every document for approval and file it where it belongs. Close out packaging. Move label and packaging proofs between design, label vendors, and manufacturers until they're approved. Write it down. Send a weekly status covering open items, owners, and blockers.
Who you are:
You have 1–3 years of project coordination experience in supplements, food and beverage, cosmetics, pharma, or another regulated category. You've managed contract manufacturers or suppliers remotely, and you know cGMP documentation. You can read a spec, COA, or formula sheet and see what's missing or inconsistent. You close loops in writing, clearly enough that anyone can reconstruct a decision from your notes. You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Bonus points:
A background in life sciences, food science, or chemistry Exposure to stability testing, label compliance review, or supplier qualification Experience with a document management or PLM system Compensation$50,000–$78,000 annually This is an independent contractor engagement, so it doesn't include health coverage, retirement contributions, or PTO. The rate is set with that in mind.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
