Primary Responsibilities: Capable of maintaining production set by the department and meeting established turnaround times. Plan, prioritize, organize, and complete work to meet established objectives Transfer data from multiple systems into a single system Verify data by comparing it to source documents Knowledgeable with Repricing systems and develop basic skills in the Repricing area. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma/GEDIntermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel (sort & filter data) and Microsoft Word (create & edit documents)Ability to key a minimum of 17 claims per hour and 119 claims per day Ability to start shift between 6:30 am - 8:00 am, working 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday

Preferred Qualifications: Some college (or higher)1+ years of experience in data entry 1+ year of experience in healthcare claims research, analysis & or reporting 1+ year of experience in interpreting reimbursement methodologies and rates as outlined in provider agreements Soft Skills Ability to proactively identify solutions to non-standard requests Ability to act as a technical resource to others in assessing contracts and applying appropriate rates Comfortable learning new technology Excellent organizational skills Good time - management skills Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success Detail oriented Strong research and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with accepting and applying constructive developmental guidance Excellent interpersonal skills at both an individual and team level Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with pressure based on project deadlines Experience with repricing and NDB a plus Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
